The Range
Loose furniture, one coordinated package.
Loose furniture and selected bespoke cabinetry — coordinated by one contact. Sofas, lounge chairs, coffee tables, cabinets and office furniture, made to your drawings.
Beds, dining sets and selected bespoke cabinetry are coordinated through the Whole-Project Furniture Package. Cabinetry is made to the dimensions and drawings you approve in writing; site measurement, setting out and final installation remain with your fit-out team.
Delivery, explained
From Foshan to your site — without surprises.
The questions every Dubai buyer asks first: how long, how much to land, who clears it, and who installs. Here are the answers, before you enquire.
01 · Production
Typically 4–8 weeks from signed drawings
Production starts only after dimensions, materials and finishes are approved in writing. The 4–8 week range is an estimate; the confirmed lead time is stated in your quotation. Stone and metalwork can run longer.
02 · Freight
Sea freight to Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port
Export-crated and container-loaded. Air freight for smaller or urgent pieces. Loading photos and shipping documents shared as standard.
03 · Clearance & delivery
FOB, CIF, DAP — or DDP quoted on request
Duties and VAT are payable by the importer unless we quote DDP. We coordinate delivery with your fit-out team so pieces land when the room is ready.
Incoterms: FOB Shenzhen · CIF Jebel Ali · DAP site · DDP quoted on request.
Installation: not included — we supply furniture only, and coordinate with your fit-out team.
Cabinetry: dimensions are approved in writing before production; site measurement, setting out and final installation remain with your fit-out team.
