We offer customisation of size, materials, finishes, details and packaging. Some customisations require additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed before order confirmation.

All customisation details must be confirmed in writing before production begins. As each piece is handcrafted, the final product may differ slightly from rendered images or samples within normal handcraft tolerances.

We aim to answer all enquiries within one business day, and provide regular updates on progress during production.

Bespoke projects are confirmed with a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our company bank account; banking details are provided upon order confirmation.

All payment information is transmitted over encrypted channels. We do not store complete card information on our servers, and payment processing complies with recognised security standards.

For T/T payments, we provide our banking details upon order confirmation and begin production after payment is confirmed. Prices are quoted in USD; international customers may experience minor variations due to currency conversion rates and bank fees.

All designs, images and content on this website are the property of J&G Maison unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission. Drawings and specifications you provide to us remain yours; we use them only to produce your order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
