Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide international project support, with shipping arrangements coordinated upon request. Products are manufactured at our base in Foshan, China.

Depending on your destination we can help arrange sea or air freight. Whether we are able to ship to a particular country, and the cost of doing so, depends on our freight partners and is confirmed in your quotation. We do not guarantee delivery to every destination.

Production typically takes approximately 4–8 weeks after all drawings, specifications, materials, finishes and order details have been confirmed in writing. Lead times may vary depending on project scope, material availability, production capacity, shipping arrangements, customs clearance and other factors outside our direct control.

Production time is separate from international shipping, customs clearance and final delivery to your port or address, which are additional and vary by destination.

Air freight: a faster option suitable for time-sensitive or smaller consignments, with logistics tracking provided.

Sea freight: suitable for larger volumes, with logistics updates at key points. Goods are crate-packed and protected to arrive in showroom condition.

Your final quotation clearly states exactly what is included. Unless your written quotation specifies otherwise, prices cover the manufacture and export packing of the furniture only.

Import duties, destination taxes and VAT (for example UK VAT), customs clearance charges and any local delivery beyond the agreed port or address are not included unless we state so in writing. For UK and EU clients we will confirm in your quotation whether shipping, duties and VAT are included or payable separately on arrival. Any duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

We supply loose furniture and selected cabinetry only. Assembly and hard-finish installation are not included — pieces are delivered ready for you or your client to place and install. Cargo insurance can be arranged on request and, when purchased, covers loss or damage in transit.
