Warranty & Replacement Policy

Every J&G Maison piece is built to last, with a designed service life of 3 years or more under normal use. All bespoke furniture comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

During the warranty period, we provide free replacement or repair for eligible manufacturing defects so your piece performs as intended. Every item is personally inspected before shipment.

A manufacturing defect means a defect in materials or workmanship that causes the product to materially differ from the approved specifications or renders it unsuitable for its intended use. This may include defective materials, structural defects, incorrect finishes, or damage present upon delivery that is documented at the time of receipt.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, improper installation, modifications made by others, damage caused after delivery, or damage not reported promptly upon receipt.

To protect your rights, please inspect your order on arrival and document the condition of the goods at the time of receipt.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt. We will respond within 48 hours with a proposed solution.

Depending on the case, solutions may include free replacement, repair, a partial refund, or store credit of equal value.

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before production begins. Once production of a bespoke or custom piece has begun, no refunds can be provided as the work is made specifically for you. For standard, non-custom products, a partial refund may be negotiated after production but before shipping.

Once a return has been approved by our team in writing, please ship the product to: 101-208 Banyin Business Center, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Please do not return any product before receiving written confirmation and return instructions from us.
